Processing Time
Orders are processed before shipment. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Hair by Divine’s control may occur.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Rates
Wigs and qualifying bundle deals receive FREE standard shipping. Shipping charges for individual bundles, closures, and other non-qualifying products will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact Hair by Divine as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact Hair by Divine with your order number and we will assist when possible.

Multiple Items
Items within the same order may occasionally arrive separately. If this occurs, additional tracking information may be provided.
